travel fee
Travel beyond 10 miles from my base location incurs a fee of $0.70 per mile.
This ensures I can provide the same high-quality experience no matter where your session or wedding takes place.
booking
deposit
A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your session.
This deposit secures your spot on my calendar and is applied toward your total balance. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable—if you reschedule your session once, the deposit may be applied to the new date, but it cannot be used again for any future reschedules.
artisitic disclosure
All images are the intellectual property of Mia Blakely Photography. When you book a session, you are hiring my artistic style, and I kindly ask that you respect my final photo and editing choices. Clients receive a print release for personal use, including prints, albums, and social media, but images may not be re-edited, altered, or claimed as your own.
Contracts
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session or wedding date. This ensures your date is reserved exclusively for you and confirms your commitment to work together. All details, payments, and policies are outlined in the contract to protect both parties and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
